Track Progress/Receive Email Reminders:

Step 1: Click on the “Log In” button and create an account.  You’ll need to provide your first and last name, an email and create a password.

Step 2: Click on the calendar the date on which you would like to start.  I would select Jan 1, 2019 to ensure you are on the same schedule.

Step 3: Check the box that reads, "When logged in, you will be able to follow your plan online. Would you like to receive reminders via email?
